L’evento, organizzato dagli Horror Game Awards, ha rappresentato la cornice ideale per presentare elementi inediti relativi alla storia e all’universo narrativo del nuovo capitolo della celebre saga survival horror, **chiarificando il suo posizionamento all’interno della serie**. Il team ha infatti tenuto a ribadire un punto fondamentale del progetto: per immergersi e comprendere appieno questa nuova avventura, **non sarà necessario aver giocato i primi due capitoli** di *Remothered*. *Red Nun’s Legacy* è stato concepito come un’esperienza accessibile anche a chi si avvicina per la prima volta alla saga, proponendo una narrazione autonoma e un nuovo punto di ingresso. La protagonista di questa nuova avventura è Susan, doppiata dalla vincitrice del BAFTA Cissy Jones, che si troverà ad affrontare una vicenda profondamente personale. Prima dell’inizio del gioco, sua figlia viene rapita, e la disperata ricerca porterà Susan in una villa abbandonata sulle pendici dell’Etna. Questo luogo si trasformerà rapidamente nel fulcro di un incubo fatto di segreti inconfessabili, traumi irrisolti e presenze sinistre. L’ispirazione attinge direttamente dal linguaggio visivo e dalle atmosfere che hanno reso celebri maestri del genere come **Mario Bava e Dario Argento**, elementi che hanno definito l’estetica di un’intera epoca del cinema horror. Questo nuovo capitolo di *Remothered* rappresenta inoltre un’opportunità cruciale per approfondire ulteriormente la *lore* dell’universo narrativo della saga.
